So all this talk about the new movie (no, still haven't seen it! XD) made me anxious to draw Tonks before the movie changes her image in my head.
I always saw her as the kind of punk-ish tomboy, I don't think I quite pulled off her "heart-shaped face", though. XD; The left one is her happy version, on the right she's worried sick (I made that one's hair a little longer so she could hide behind it). D; Can you guess who the little silhouette below her is? 8D (if you can't, go read the books damnit XD) ...KOWABUNGA! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I still haven't seen the movie yet either... but I've seen the actress that plays her in the movie "About a Boy" so my hopes are high that they'll pull her off successfully.
(Although... she is a bit young for Remus by the actors' ages.... ;_; They better not cut that stuff out.)
And her hair most certainly reminds me of cotton candy.
